How to return?


Step

  • Apply for a return: Please apply for a return to customer service through this email address support@daolar.com, and state the order number, reason for return, and provide product photos. After confirming that the product is new, we will send you return address
  • Return the package: You need to inform customer service tracking number within 1-3 days of returning the package
  • Refund: After our warehouse receives the package, we will complete refund within 7-14 days

Note:

  1. For returns not related to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for shipping fee. All returned items must be in new condition and contain original packaging. For defective goods, we will deduct 20% of value of the goods as compensation.
  2. For returns due to quality issues, the buyer needs to send relevant video to our email for verification. After confirming problem, we will be responsible for shipping fee (provide a return form).
  3. Return warehouse ≠ shipping warehouse. Before returning the goods, please be sure to apply for a return from us. We will not refund for returns that have not been applied for or orders returned to the shipping warehouse. We are not responsible for any losses incurred thereby

 

About 2-year warranty?

 

This policy is suitable for orders with a delivery date of more than 30 days. We will provide 2 years of warranty service for damage caused by non-human factors

  1. For products that cannot be repaired, we will arrange to send new products.
  2. For partial damage to accessories, we will provide replacement accessories and replacement methods
  3. For repairable products, you need to return the package to our Chinese factory and pay shipping fee. After the repair, we will send it to you, and seller pays shipping fee
