30 Days Return & Refund

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if any return needed.Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address.

Notes: 
1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Defective or damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, please contact us first at support@daolar.com within 7 days.
3. Items must be unworn and with original tags with original packaging.
4. with few exceptions, we do not offer prepaid return labels; you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. We are not responsible for any return packages that may have been lost or stolen in transit. So suggest choose more realiable courier.
6. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when returning your return.Then better to tell us the return tracking number.
7. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item is delivered to us. and wtihin 1~2 business days, refund / resend will be proceeded too.
8. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team and returns without an RMA form will not be accepted.

Daolar's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Daolar.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

Customer's responsibilit
Incorrect Order(size of item) or Unwanted Item

If the customer want to return the items as his/her own reason, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for these two parts:

The shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse)
4% of order total value. (transaction fee, labor commission and service charge)

About exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order and return it so that you can receive the new item more quickly. According to our return policy, you will receive a refund for the original item. Don't worry about that.

 

About Refund

1. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before it is dispatched,and get a full refund within 1 business days.Please Contact us to cancel your order.

2. For return and get refund, we will refund wtihin 2~5 business days after receive the returned package.And refund as the way you pay. If you pay with Paypal, refund will be proceed soon, with 24 hours;If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear in your account within 7-14 business days. This delay is entirely dependent on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
